Deterministic Shader-Material Renderer for Seamless Vector Loops

VectorLoop is a native Windows editor for animated vector artwork. You import an SVG, assign GPU shader materials to each shape's fill and stroke, and export a loop whose last frame lines up exactly with its first. Most motion tools treat looping as a timing problem you fix by eye. VectorLoop treats it as arithmetic. Frame rates are rational numbers, every material's period is composed with checked GCD/LCM math, and every frame's phase comes from the frame index rather than a floating-point clock. The seam is exact by construction, and the exporter checks it anyway.
